*20  Observed the sanitizer solution to be too weak at the following location(s). There is no sanitizer buckets in Meat, Deli, Bakery & Produce Department that are set up. Provide for the sanitizer solution to be mixed to the appropriate level for the type of sanitizer being used. Immediate/Onsite
Observed the following food products to have improper/no labeling information. There is no time & date on chicken,sausage, meat balls etc.. in Deli walk-in cooler. Provide for all foods to have proper labeling information. Next Inspection
Observed food service employees to be handling ready-to-eat foods without minimizing direct hand contact with the food product. Container found in Cant elope. Food employees shall avoid direct contact with ready-to-eat food whenever possible and, to the extent possible, shall handle ready-to-eat food only with suitable utensils such as a deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, or single-use gloves. 13  Observed improper use of or lack thereof employee hair restraints. Man with curly hair in Produce has no hair restraint or hat. Employees shall use effective hair restraints to prevent the contamination of food or non-food contact surfaces Next Inspection
